Yoga physiology describes us as having five individual bodies. In this special workshop, you’ll learn
about your five different bodies, as described by yoga physiology;
specific yoga poses for your major anatomical systems, and how to link those poses into a sequence to support overall well-being;
the elements of Ayurveda and how to incorporate its four pillars of health into your daily routines.
This workshop stands on its own and also leads into a 5-hour interactive mini-course designed to support you in reaching your most important aspirations.
Your instructors, Cathy Prescott and Laura Atmadarshan Santoro, have decades of experience in Yoga & Yoga Therapy. They are committed to helping you take your healing and health to the next level through time-tested techniques and wisdom.
Wear something that lets you sit and move comfortably, have a mat and/or cushion handy, and plan to take notes on your insights.
